Moving, moving

Everything is always moving

The rattles and hiss

Of the train are noises

Now soothing

No more fear of the

Life that I found here

Amongst the stars

The homeless

Hanging out in bars

Riding in cars

It’s as alien as mars

People in red velvet lined

Plastic seats

Tap their feet

To the beat that beats in CD players

Each of us waiting

Waiting waiting

For whatever shall come later

But isn’t it later already?

In a world of terrorism and bushisms we wait

For whatever cataclism should come next

And it feels as if I’ve been vexed

To feel the fear that I feel

As the train moves me

The rattles and hisses all that’s left to soothe me
